The York Centre is located at 33 Bishopthorpe Road, in Bishopgate, the heart of York. The centre was first opened in 2010 and has been providing high quality, human givens therapy for many years.
Flexible space
There are three beautiful and calming rooms, two with space for couples and family therapy.
Car parking close by
There is reasonable car parking close by and lots of independent cafes and shops, if you wish to have some time before or after a session visiting Bishy Road's independent shops.
Accessible choices
We want our services to be accessible to everyone. Our physical premises are located on the first and second floors and are accessed via a flight of stairs.
If the stairs are unsuitable for you, there are therapy rooms available in the nearby Clements Hall about 5 minutes walk away on Nunthorpe Rd, York YO23 1B where we can provide therapy from. We can also offer support through online therapy, home visits or, if convenient for you, at a partner centre which has a ground floor. In fair weather, can also do walking or moving therapy in the local area around the York Centre.

Nearest car parks:
Bishopthorpe Road Car Park (YO23 1NA) is about 2 minutes walk from the centre. There are about 35 spaces including four blue badge spaces.
Rowntree Park Car Park (Terry Avenue, YO23 1JQ) is about 10 minutes walk from the centre.
Nunnery Lane Car Park (YO23 1AA) is a multistorey car park, about 12-15 minutes walk.
